Privacy policy
The site collects the contact, country, social username, vehicle, configuration, file and message information required to quote, fulfil, support and document an order.
Uploaded and completed files
Order and support files in BIN, HEX, SRF, HPT, MHD, XML and other supported formats are stored privately. Order files are retained for continuing support unless a valid deletion request is submitted to support. Some invoice, agreement, transaction, security or legal records may need to be retained.
ROM ID Tester uploads
When you select or drop a supported file after the upload notice, a copy is stored privately for automatic identification and supported static disassembly. Findings and file fingerprints are saved privately and reused for identical future uploads. Unconfirmed vehicle details are not guessed. Tester uploads do not generate emails. The original file and its review are available only to the administrator; the result link gives access to the customer-facing findings, not the uploaded file. Anyone holding that private link can read the findings. Uploaded originals, findings and fingerprints are kept until the administrator deletes them after use or following a deletion request. Tester files are not added to the permanent order archive. Identification does not modify your file. Files over 50 MB and unsupported upload types are checked on your device only; the tester tells you when an upload could not be completed. Sample files and optional XML definitions are processed on your device only. Short-lived, daily counters limit misuse; they do not store your BIN contents. Contact support to request deletion of a tester copy.
Payments and email
PayPal processes payment credentials. The website records transaction identifiers, amount and status, but never stores a PayPal password or complete card information. Necessary order emails are separate from optional marketing consent.
Customer and tuner accounts
We verify your email address using a one-time code and keep an account identifier, your chosen profile, contact details and collaboration application to operate your account and apply approved pricing. Sign-in codes expire after 10 minutes. Essential, secure session cookies keep you signed in for up to seven days, or until you sign out. Account type alone does not grant collaboration or administrator access. Account and collaboration records are kept while your account is active and as needed for order support; contact support to request correction or deletion.
Saved vehicles, flasher licences and reviews
Vehicle profiles and hardware IDs are stored privately in your account for service requests and software activation. Licence keys are visible only through authorised access. You can edit or remove saved vehicles. Reviews are optional: only your chosen display name, rating, review, service and date are published after moderation. Your email and order reference remain private. You can withdraw a review in your account.
Activity counts
With optional analytics accepted, the site counts ROM checks and clicks on library downloads. Separate operational counts record successful tester uploads and transactions. Daily resource counts are kept for up to one year and contain no visitor identifiers, BIN contents, uploaded filenames, ROM IDs or contact details.
Private order access
Signed-in customers can access orders placed through their own account. Guest tracking uses an order number and a verification code sent to the order email. Codes expire after 15 minutes. Your tracking page and uploaded files are private.
Website traffic
If you accept analytics, we count public page views and use a random browser identifier to estimate visitors and visits. The browser identifier expires after 90 days; a visit restarts after 30 minutes between page views. We store hashed identifiers, public page names, broad referral categories and timestamps. Records older than 90 days are removed when traffic is recorded or the traffic dashboard is opened. Query strings, private account and order pages, IP addresses, contact details and uploaded file information are not included in traffic records. These identifiers are not linked to your customer account. Short-lived security counters limit misuse.
You can change your choice using Privacy choices in the footer. Rejecting analytics stops future traffic collection and removes the optional identifiers from your browser; existing traffic records follow the retention process above.
Cookies and analytics
You can accept or reject optional analytics and social-media cookies. Essential storage supports your privacy choices and saved drafts. Contact information, VINs, order details and uploaded files are not shared with analytics services.
Your requests
Contact support to request access, correction or deletion where applicable. Identity and order ownership must be verified. Requests are assessed under applicable privacy law and legitimate retention requirements.
