Terms of service

These terms apply to custom ECU calibration, E‑Tuning, Rolling Anti‑Lag, supporting XML/TXT files and related technical services. Prices are in USD. Advertised prices are service prices before the 5% checkout cost. Checkout totals include this cost and are shown in full before payment. E-Tuning is paid in full upfront unless Saeed explicitly agrees to a different payment arrangement. Where deposits and balances apply, they divide the approved total; the checkout cost is calculated once. Previously issued quotes retain their agreed totals. The seller is not VAT registered and no tax is added.

Required vehicle condition

Before work begins, the customer confirms that the vehicle is fully serviced, mechanically healthy and ready for tuning; has suitable new spark plugs and a working wideband AFR gauge; uses accurate fuel, ethanol, hardware and modification information; has required logging equipment; and has an untouched original backup. Existing mechanical, fuel or logging problems pause the service.

Exact files and compatibility

The customer must send the exact stable file currently working on the vehicle. Compatibility is confirmed from the supplied file. Different vehicles or different ROM/ECU files require a new order. We may apply a safer setting and explain the change in your delivery email.

Turnaround and revisions

The usual 24-hour period begins only after payment and complete usable files are received and any mismatch is resolved. Missing information pauses an order indefinitely. E‑Tune revisions continue until logs confirm agreed targets and the customer approves the final calibration. New hardware or goals require a new quote. RAL setting adjustments are free with no fixed support expiry.

Refunds and cancellations

Before custom work begins, cancellations are refunded less actual non-recoverable payment costs. For RAL, custom work begins when the file is downloaded and validated. For manually quoted services, it begins when the paid request is marked Working. After that point, custom-file orders are non-refundable and revisions are provided instead. Unsupported paid files normally receive the price less actual non-recoverable payment costs. Other decisions are handled individually, subject to mandatory customer rights and payment-provider decisions.

Motorsport and mechanical risk

RAL, Spark Cut, Launch Control and performance calibration are for motorsport/off-road use only. They add substantial thermal and mechanical stress to the engine, turbocharger, exhaust and drivetrain. No guarantee is made against mechanical failure. The customer accepts responsibility for vehicle condition, compliance, installation, flashing, operation and misuse.

Payments and disputes

PayPal account or card checkout may be offered after live setup. Credits, licenses, controller unlocks and special cables are separate unless specifically included. Please contact support first for direct resolution. Unresolved disputes are governed through the laws and courts of Oman, subject to mandatory consumer protections.
