A ready car and complete logs make each revision useful. Here’s what to prepare before your remote tuning session.
This setup applies to supported Evo X and Ralliart stock-ECU requests. Pajero / Montero and other platforms need their own compatibility check. BMW Bootmod3/MHD and HP Tuners requests use their platform’s equipment and logs.
| Have ready | What it’s for |
|---|---|
| Windows laptop | Working USB connection, power supply and internet access for files and remote setup. |
| Genuine Tactrix OpenPort 2.0 | For supported Mitsubishi ECU reads and flashing. Confirm your exact vehicle and interface before the session. |
| EcuFlash & EvoScan | EcuFlash handles the ECU file and flashing; EvoScan records the data needed for revisions. Use the definitions and logging setup agreed for your ROM. |
| Working wideband | AFR or lambda must reach the log. Send the controller model and connection details so the correct cable or adapter can be confirmed. |
Remote setup with AnyDesk is included in E‑Tuning. Send your existing equipment details before buying adapters, licences or additional tools.

List the turbo, intake, injectors, pump, boost control and other changes. State the fuel grade and ethanol content, if used.
Keep an untouched backup of the stable file currently used by the car. Include your ROM ID if known and tell us about existing tune software or licences.
Have reliable laptop and vehicle power, working logging equipment and time available for the agreed session. Arrange loaded testing on a suitable dyno or closed course.
Need help identifying your file? Use the ROM ID Tester. A detected ID helps identify the file; service compatibility is confirmed separately.
Remote sessions are by appointment. Replies and complete-log revisions are usually handled within 24 hours. Mechanical or fuel problems pause tuning; changes to hardware or goals require a new quote.
