Before you book

What does RAL V2 add?

V2 retains the original RAL functionality and adds boost targeting, progressive TPS taper, adjustable throttle hold, separate target and overboost hysteresis, independent overboost kill and KnockSum protection. The latest cut strategy supports ignition cut, fuel cut, or both, plus adjustable cut percentage through the engine’s 720° four-stroke cycle.

Has RAL V2 been tested, and is it only for SST?

Repeated on-car testing and logging were carried out on an SST MR Evo X with Josh Burnard at Auto Torque – Performance Tuning. In the published 16 PSI example, throttle tapers toward the target and holds at approximately 65% TPS while RAL remains active. Boost-kill and knock-kill testing followed the configured limits. The logic is not SST-specific; compatibility is confirmed for your supported Evo X model and exact ROM. The test values are examples, not universal settings.

Do RAL and ignition cut work on the stock OEM Evo X ECU?

Yes. Rolling Anti-Lag, Launch Control and upshift ignition cut are available on the stock OEM Evo X ECU for supported ROMs and setups. Compatibility depends on your exact ECU file and transmission. SST ignition-cut orders require only the ECU BIN. TCU XMLs and the TCU flasher need no BIN to order. TCU tune customers can tick “I’ll supply BIN later”; the ECU BIN for ignition cut is still required.

What is remote E‑Tuning?

You send your current ECU file and vehicle details. Saeed prepares a calibration, reviews the requested logs and refines the tune remotely. You follow the supplied flashing and logging instructions for your exact setup.

What equipment do I need?

For supported Evo X and Ralliart stock-ECU setups: a Windows laptop, genuine Tactrix OpenPort 2.0, EcuFlash, EvoScan and a working wideband that can be logged. E-Tune orders require confirmation that you have EvoScan, ECUFlash, wideband AFR and can record and send logs. Contact support about other platforms before ordering. The Before Tuning guide explains what to prepare.

Can you help me set up the software?

Yes. Remote setup with AnyDesk is included in E‑Tuning. Share your laptop, interface and wideband details so the equipment and logging connection can be confirmed.

Should I choose single map, dual map or flex fuel?

Single map is for one agreed fuel setup. Dual map provides two agreed calibrations with manual selection. Flex fuel uses a compatible sensor and calibration to blend within the agreed fuel range. The final choice depends on your ROM and hardware.

How much power will my car make?

Targets depend on the hardware, fuel, vehicle condition and intended use. Share your complete setup and goals so they can be assessed. Customer results are examples of those particular builds and measurement methods.

Can you tune an SST Evo X or Ralliart?

Submit your exact vehicle and current ECU file for E‑Tuning review. Any TCU firmware, teach-in or transmission-specific work needs its own scope confirmation before it is included.

Orders, revisions & delivery

How do I pay for an E-Tune?

E-Tunes are paid in full upfront. Deposit or split-payment arrangements apply only when Saeed explicitly agrees to them.

When does the 24-hour turnaround begin?

After payment and all complete, usable files and information are received. Missing information or a ROM-status mismatch pauses the order.

What do RAL and ignition-cut patch services include?

You receive a patched ECU file and a TXT instruction file containing an XML snippet to add to your existing XML. The included definitions let you tune and dial in the supported settings for your setup. RAL deliveries accept BIN or SRF and include an order-summary TXT; no separate customer XML is required.

Are RAL setting changes free?

Yes. RAL setting adjustments have no fixed support expiry. A different vehicle, ROM or ECU file requires a new order.

How do E‑Tune revisions work?

Revisions continue until logs confirm the agreed targets and you approve the final calibration. Mechanical or fuel issues pause tuning; new hardware or goals require a new quote.

What files are accepted?

Every RAL order requires one patchable primary ROM in BIN, raw HEX or verified SRF format. One XML may be added as optional reference data, but XML cannot be ordered or patched by itself. E‑Tune requires a current ECU tune or stock read and may also include HPT, CSV and supported logs, XML, TXT, PDF, ZIP, MHD or SRF files. Maximum upload is 50 MB per order.

Can I get a refund?

Before custom work begins, the normal refund is the paid price less actual non-recoverable payment cost. For RAL, custom work begins when the file is downloaded and validated. For manually quoted services, it begins when the paid request is marked Working. After that, revisions are provided and refund decisions are handled individually.

What if my paid ROM is not supported?

If exact-file review confirms that a paid ROM cannot be supported, the normal refund is the paid price less the actual non-recoverable payment cost.

Are checkout fees included in the advertised price?

Advertised prices are service prices before the 5% checkout cost. For example, RAL starts at $149.99, plus $7.50, for $157.49 total. Your quote and checkout show the cost separately before payment.

How do I open my private tracking page?

Enter your order number and request a verification code by email. Each code expires after 15 minutes.

How are XML development requests priced?

Starting at $149.99 USD. Buy now with a 50% deposit on the listed package, or choose verification first. Additional scope is agreed separately after file review. Delivery includes the customer definition, validation summary and use notes.

How are XML Development payments split?

The service subtotal plus its 5% checkout cost is split into a 50% deposit and the remaining balance. Each payment shows the full amount due, including its share of this cost. Any odd cent goes to the balance; the cost is calculated once.

Can I order Tephra V3 without RAL?

Yes. A compatible standalone Tephra V3 installation or upgrade starts at $99.99, plus 5% at checkout. Choose Buy now to pay the 50% deposit, or verify compatibility first at no charge.

How long are my files retained?

Order and support files are kept for continuing support. ROM ID Tester copies are kept temporarily and deleted after use. Contact support to request deletion; the Privacy page explains how files are handled.
